Responsibilities

Work closely with building/office management teams to ensure Monzonauts are engaged, working effectively, and the office is a delightful and safe place
Welcome new starters in the office, making their first day magical and ensuring they have all necessary information for success
Listen and respond to feedback from the office-based team, using data to improve processes and documentation to enhance the office experience
Be responsible for all on-site health and safety and environmental reporting for the site
Facilitate events, socials, and perks in the office, working with office teams to ensure consistency for office events
Be responsible for SWAG operations at a company-wide level
Contribute and play a key part in the Culture and Engagement strategy, focusing on the remote engagement strategy
