  • Erstellung und Pflege von Angeboten, Verträgen, Kommunikationen, Rechnungen und Gutschriften für Geräte und Serviceleistungen
  • Koordination von Bestellungen, Rücksendungen und Austauschprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Chain
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Systemen wie iBase, Jira und QA-Systemen sowie Konsignationsbeständen
  • Mitwirkung an Umsatzberichten, Servicekampagnen und Betreuung von Drittanbieterbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung des Verkaufs von Serviceverträgen, Kostenvoranschlägen und Servicekampagnen
