Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of hands-on experience in radiology environments, including hospital, clinic, or imaging center settings. They should demonstrate the ability to design and deliver technical training for adult learners, possess a strong understanding of radiographic imaging principles, DICOM/PACS workflows, and healthcare IT architectures, and exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to audiences.

Responsibilities

The Capability Specialist will design and deliver on-site and virtual training programs for radiologists, technologists, and support staff, certify customer users to competency standards, provide live demonstrations of core features and workflows, create and maintain multimedia training resources, update materials based on feedback and upgrades, define and track KPIs related to training effectiveness, analyze performance data to identify knowledge gaps, conduct refresher clinics and on-demand coaching, solicit feedback to improve usability, partner with various teams to enhance products and processes, and act as a customer advocate for training needs and system integration challenges, coordinating logistics and reporting progress to leadership.
