Requirements

Responsibilities

They will participate in the design and implementation of talent programs, analyze organizational needs, identify performance improvement opportunities, recommend and implement initiatives, and evaluate their effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves coaching people leaders to create a high-performing culture, facilitating internal mobility, and driving employee engagement.
