Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a People Advisor or similar role, demonstrating strong business acumen and HR expertise. Experience working with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence is preferred, and a solid understanding of talent strategies and programs is essential.
The Sr. People Advisor will collaborate with people leaders and employees to translate business needs into integrated HR solutions, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to people leaders. They will participate in the design and implementation of talent programs, analyze organizational needs, identify performance improvement opportunities, recommend and implement initiatives, and evaluate their effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves coaching people leaders to create a high-performing culture, facilitating internal mobility, and driving employee engagement.
