Position Overview

PointClickCare is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to significantly improve the usability of our platform, empowering care professionals to make better-informed decisions for their patients. This role is crucial in directly impacting the success of healthcare providers. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design, strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, an analytical mind, and the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-moving environment. Reporting to the Manager, UX, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams, building relationships with users, representatives, customer success, and other groups to holistically enhance platform usability in alignment with user needs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research and testing.
• Creating mockups to articulate functionality and design.
• Refining user personas and mapping journeys.
• Championing best practices in user experience design.
• Collaborating with Product Management to iterate on strategic execution.
• Collaborating with Engineers and QA to ensure accurate implementation.
