Responsibilities
- Prioritize customer service, with moments taking precedence over tasks
- Assist customers with sale of goods, including providing product information, answering product questions, recommending products, and retrieving products from locked cabinets
- Complete standard floor associate work, including deep zone, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, price changes, feature to home, and zoning
- Set up and complete modulars
- Promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offering
- Handle in-store product launches of high complexity, including training/advising other areas of the store as necessary
