Responsibilities

  • Drive growth experiments end to end: Design and execute the Airwallex roadmap for Rewards and Campaigns, set hypotheses, define target segments, and measure impact on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
  • Identify and size new opportunities: Collaborate with the strategy team to define ideal customer profiles, priority use cases, and product adoption journeys; adapt Rewards and Campaigns for global and regional market differences
  • Build the growth testing system: Contribute to establishing frameworks, instrumentation, and review cadences for experiment design, governance, and decision logs; ensure reliable data and consistent, data-driven decisions
  • Drive creative for growth: Partner with the Head of Creative to brief, test, and ship assets (visual, copy, video) aligned with brand and product strategy; run structured creative testing to lift conversion
  • Deliver cross-functionally: Work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to scope, resource, and ship experiments; help define rollout plans and operating processes to ensure scalability and compliance
  • Influence strategy: Synthesize experiment insights into recommendations for roadmap, resourcing, and go-to-market; communicate progress and decisions
