The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an AdOps campaign management or support role within the advertising or online media space, with video ad experience being a strong plus. They must be currently located in the Tristate area and possess experience with ad serving solutions like Google Ad Manager or FreeWheel, as well as Operative or Booster. Excellent verbal, written, and MS Office skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong teamwork, dependability, and attention to detail.
The Campaign Manager will manage digital advertising programs and implementations to ensure 100% delivery and invoicing of all assigned campaigns. This includes collaborating with clients to ensure creative assets meet specifications, managing post-sale client communication, and working with outsourced vendors as needed. The role involves daily trafficking, pacing, and optimization, troubleshooting advertising issues, monitoring advertiser KPIs for optimal performance, providing screenshot decks, and preparing weekly reporting and post-campaign wrap-up data. Additionally, the Campaign Manager will manage month-end billing and reconciliation in coordination with internal teams and partner with various departments like Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Research.
