Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital Ad Operations/Campaign Management experience
  • Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to self-prioritise tasks
  • Proficient in Excel, comfortable with organising data
  • Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite or any OMS (beneficial)
  • Knowledge of developer tools or HTML (beneficial)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of all digital ad campaigns for a given sales team, ensuring execution according to insertion orders
  • Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of all third-party tagging
  • Thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns
  • Actively monitor all assigned campaigns, optimising against deliverable goals, and providing recommendations for optimal performance against KPIs
  • Stay up to date with the industry to help guide sales and marketers on new products and changes within the digital landscape
  • Expert knowledge of ad specs, ad units, our sites and platforms
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ad Manager and campaign delivery, serving as primary liaison and support for sales operations colleagues
