Position Overview

Pion is seeking a creative and commercially minded Campaign & Content Manager to join our growth marketing team. This pivotal role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising compelling campaigns and content activations. You will play a key part in engaging our student audience, driving brand awareness, and growing revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, app, web, partnerships), collaborating cross-functionally from planning to execution to deliver engaging, student-focused experiences and meet client objectives.
  • Manage and create student-focused content, including ownership of the App content calendar, ensuring brand alignment, SEO best practices, and timely execution of current initiatives while identifying new content opportunities.
  • Leverage data and insights to analyse student behaviour, evaluate campaign and content performance, and stay informed on digital marketing trends and competitor activity in the UK & US markets.
  • Work cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, product, design, and marketing teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, content engagement, and key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a marketing role, with a focus on campaign management and content creation, ideally in B2C or youth-oriented brands.
  • Deep understanding of the UK student demographic and digital landscape.
  • Strong storytelling and writing ability across platforms; skilled in email marketing, SEO, social media, and CMS tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to optimise campaigns and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
