Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound call center focused on customer service
  • Knowledge of attraction ticketing systems and Vonage Call Center Software preferred
  • Strong communication skills; multilingual ability a plus
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (Mondays to Sundays, 8AM-9PM, shifting schedule)
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Manual dexterity for office equipment uses; must be comfortable working on a computer

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with B2C registrations, group bookings, and B2B client reservations
  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with new orders, edits, or inquiries
  • Assess customer needs to provide personalized solutions and exceptional service
  • Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
  • Provide general information and inbound sales calls for the client site
  • Support the sales team on booking seasonal groups
  • Handle correspondence with customers on changes to their ticket orders
  • Book ancillary revenue products across Center’s attractions
  • Offer the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image through prompt, courteous, and efficient service
