Requirements
- Ervaring met cold calling en je op je gemak voelen bij het aangaan van gesprekken met onbekende klanten
- Doorzettingsvermogen en overtuigingskracht om afspraken binnen te halen
- Initiatief nemen en meedenken over verbeteringen; een bouwer in plaats van uitvoerder
- Vlotte, professionele en natuurlijke communicatie
- Begrip van de businesskant van data en IT, of bereidheid om dit snel te leren
- Vloeiend Nederlands spreken; kennis van Engels of Frans is een plus
Responsibilities
- Actief prospecteren door gericht te bellen naar nieuwe bedrijven en gesprekken te openen met beslissingsnemers
- Noden bij klanten identificeren en vertalen naar concrete afspraken voor het salesteam
- Een pipeline van warme contacten opbouwen
- Werken met duidelijke targets en je aanpak verfijnen met begeleiding
- Het CRM-systeem zorgvuldig aanvullen met de juiste data
- Meedenken over nieuwe manieren om doelgroepen aan te spreken en campagnes op te zetten
- Groeien richting een bredere commerciële rol
