Do you want to be the first contact with the customer, play an important role in generating leads, supporting the Cadillac Senior Sales Advisor, and maintaining relationships? What You Can Expect in This Role:

  • Be the driver for business growth:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, welcoming them and creating the initial empathetic impression of Cadillac.
    • Generate interest both onsite and digitally.
  • Provide first information about Cadillac ownership:
    • Help customers understand the product and purchase options.
  • Generate and convert leads:
    • Convert leads into test drives that result in configurations and orders.
    • Schedule and conduct test drives, collaborating closely with the Cadillac Sales Advisor.
  • Master your customer database:
    • Contact prospective buyers.
    • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis.
    • Update the CRM system.
  • Own the point of sale:
    • Run errands and maintain touchpoints to brand standards.
  • Be product ambassadors and EV evangelists:
    • Represent Cadillac's values and vision.
    • Support local events and activate local networks to generate leads and grow business.

What You Bring to This Role:

  • First experience in premium/luxury retail sales or hospitality. Automotive experience is an advantage.
  • B-Driver's license.
  • Passion for EVs and Cadillac.
  • Strong skills in communication, empathy, persuasiveness, and stress resistance.
  • Hands-on and proactive mentality with a focus on the customer and teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work from Monday – Saturday, based on a five-day work week.
  • Fluent French and English language skills.
