Candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering or an equivalent qualification, along with at least 2 years of experience in CAD design or drafting. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Revit, or Fusion 360 is required, and experience with 3D model creation is also necessary.
The CAD Designer will develop 2D and 3D models, blueprints, and technical drawings using CAD software, collaborating with engineers and architects to translate concepts into precise designs. They will prepare detailed schematics, layouts, and assembly drawings for manufacturing or construction, ensuring designs comply with industry standards and regulations. The role involves modifying and revising designs based on feedback, performing calculations, maintaining organized records, and staying updated on CAD software advancements. Additionally, the CAD Designer will analyze complex 3D models, integrate designs, and coordinate with vendors and other engineering teams to ensure quality and feasibility.
