We are currently seeking a Korean Customer Support Agent for our Player Engagement department. This role involves responding to inquiries from players of a popular game in Korean.


💻 Job Description 💻

Inquiry Response (Email or Chat)

  • Respond to text-based inquiries received via email or dedicated inquiry tools from players of the assigned game.
  • Review logs and data using management tools, and escalate complex issues to supervisors or clients as needed.

Document Creation and Updates

  • Create and update internal documents such as reports, daily logs, templates, and manuals as required.
  • Japanese will be used for tasks such as translating inquiry content, reading documents, and internal communication (specific usage may vary by team).

Requirements

Essential Conditions

  • Native-level Korean proficiency.
  • Business-level or higher Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or equivalent is a guideline).

Preferred Conditions

  • Experience in customer support.
  • Experience in the game industry or BPO industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Interest and passion for games.

Note on Japanese Skills: Candidates without a JLPT score but with equivalent skills acquired through studying abroad or work experience are highly encouraged to apply.
