Buyer- Indirect/MRO/CAPEX at BorgWarner

All positions start at an above market pay rate. Benefits are above market and include Day 1 medical coverage with potential no monthly premium, onsite health clinic at no cost, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement after 18 months, 401k with matching, and company paid holidays and vacation starting Day 1.

This is an onsite position beginning at the BorgWarner Arden, NC facility and transitioning to another facility in Western North Carolina.

The role requires sourcing and negotiation skills, analytical rigor, strong supplier relationship management, and the ability to develop sourcing strategies while working closely with stakeholders like Finance, Engineering, Facilities, and Operations.
