Responsibilities

  • Design Digital Transformation Roadmap and create a clear and strategic Digital Transformation vision that aligns with organizational objectives and client expectations
  • Identify Process Bottlenecks and analyze Continuous Improvement Opportunities
  • Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed transformation vision and identify capability gaps
  • Design Business Requirement Gathering Documents
  • Create Solution Blueprints for RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI Solutions
  • Stakeholder Management: Present the transformation journey to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring they understand the strategy, benefits, and implementation roadmap
  • Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • Create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Interact with peers, management levels at client and/or within Accenture
  • Require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Make decisions that impact the team and occasionally other teams
  • Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
