  • Any Graduation
  • 10 to 14 years of experience
  • Expertise in Order to Cash business processes (upstream and downstream from Sales initiation to Order validation & delivery, with focus on B2B)
  • Knowledge of Record to Report processes and impact from upstream processes
  • Expertise in Procure to Pay processes from indexing to payment
  • Strong ERP functional skills with understanding of SAP/Oracle to adapt processes and avoid bolt-on automations
  • Hands-on exposure to advise transformation based on industry benchmarks and process maturity assessments
  • Strong experience in Value Stream mapping and Customer Journey mapping with end-to-end problem-solving approach
  • Ability to identify automation/improvement opportunities, create automation/transformation roadmaps, and govern/manage end-to-end
  • Well-versed in industry-proven technologies, leading tools, automation, AI, and Analytics with proven track record of implementing digital solutions
  • Experience delivering mid/large-scale end-to-end Process Transformation projects for global clients
  • Ability to hold conversations with CXO-2, lead solution defense, and manage ambiguous client situations
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt trained (certifications preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, result-oriented, analytical, and structured
  • Extensive experience managing high-performance teams and delivering large-scale Transformation projects
  • Ability to drive rigorous metrics related to Balanced Score Card to evaluate performance and reduce variability/defects in critical processes
  • People management skills
  • Self-driven, go-getter with ability to work on limited inputs
  • Comfortable with unstructured environments

  • Power Intelligent Operations journey by combining data, technology, people, and intelligence to enable decision-making, drive agility, and unlock business outcomes at speed and scale
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams as a dynamic leader thinking out of the box
