Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, QA Automation will drive the design, rollout, and evolution of scalable QA systems across Sales, Care, and Account Management. They will partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into data-driven programs, build and maintain reporting dashboards, analyze QA data to identify trends and risks, and define QA data standards. Responsibilities also include using AI tools to scale insights and enable automations, mentoring team members on AI tooling, and owning change management for QA rollouts.
