Requirements
In-depth analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance skills for complex systems
Strong understanding of business systems, industry requirements, and payment card industry/security compliance
Expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements within sizing estimates
Ability to analyze complex/escalated problems and offer alternative business solutions
Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and developing business specifications and logical flowcharts
Knowledge of system/module design, including screens and database structures
Experience in facilitating meetings, leading discussions, and acting as a liaison between end-users, programmers, and test analysts
Skills in documentation, including requirements, specifications, training materials, and procedures
Responsibilities
Analyze business requests and formulate/design automated systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business systems
Configure system settings/options, plan/execute business design, assist in integration/acceptance testing, and create system specifications
Act as liaison between client end-users, programmers, and test analysts to ensure optimal system performance
Consult with management to identify, define, and document business needs/objectives, procedures, problems, input/output requirements, data scope, security, and access levels
Maintain communications with end-users and review feedback to ensure systems meet expectations
Analyze complex problems/issues and facilitate meetings/discussions
Develop business specifications, logical flowcharts, system screens, and database structures; coordinate with programmers on design/feasibility
Prepare input for system design (reports, screens, flows, implementation plans) and provide support for cross-system issues
Track application incidents to resolution for internal/external clients and identify impacts from business/user/environmental changes
Lead documentation of training, procedures, post-implementation issues, and compliance standards; maintain/administer/review them
Develop/administer best practices for testing/planning/validation and assign project work
