Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in business project management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization. A Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BMS) or an MBA in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Expertise in project management methodologies, strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams are essential. Proven ability to analyze business challenges, develop strategic roadmaps, implement process improvements, and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project reporting tools are necessary. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also required, with prior consulting experience being preferred.

Responsibilities

The Business Project Manager will lead multiple projects or workstreams, ensuring structured planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables within scope, budget, and timelines. This role involves collaborating with leadership to align project objectives with company strategy, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. Responsibilities include overseeing resource planning and budget management, tracking key project metrics, providing expert recommendations on business challenges, and leading organizational change management initiatives. The role also entails driving workforce planning and strategy, building partnerships with vendor teams and BAU functions, enabling and operationalizing the office setup, and fostering a strong risk culture through pragmatic frameworks and constructive challenge.
