Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interdependencies to ensure smooth execution
Lead change initiatives aligned with business needs, ensuring effective adoption across departments
Address resistance by providing teams with the right tools, resources, and coaching
Ensure stakeholder engagement and buy-in throughout the improvement lifecycle
Identify and mitigate risks related to change and modernization efforts to minimize disruption and ensure success
Develop and execute clear communication plans to support transparency and alignment
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to facilitate understanding and collaboration
Maintain close communication with operational teams to ensure practical alignment and address on-the-ground challenges
