Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
8 - 12 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Strong technical foundation in data visualization, SQL, and automation tools such as Alteryx
Expertise in Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and SQL (preferred)
Experience with Alteryx or similar automation tools (preferred)
Demonstrated success in driving strategic analytics initiatives and mentoring junior analysts (preferred)

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance on technical development and career growth
Define and implement analytics strategies aligned with business goals
Prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Oversee the creation of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and ThoughtSpot
Guide complex data mining and modeling efforts using SQL and Python to uncover actionable insights
Ensure rigorous data quality standards and drive continuous improvement in data processes
Act as a liaison between analytics and business stakeholders, translating data insights into strategic recommendations
Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and non-technical audiences
Lead initiatives to automate and streamline analytics workflows using Alteryx or similar tools
Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the analytics ecosystem
