Responsibilities

Support tracking and reporting of staffing levels, headcount targets, and hiring against target
Maintain accurate data and coordinate with hiring managers, finance, HR on recruiting forecasts and approvals
Handle day-to-day expenses against budget across teams
Work cross functionally to facilitate resource and product planning exercises as crafted by the global planning team
Implement team organization programming including all-hands, educational events, culture, and team recognition including offsite logistics
Work with the Design and Communication teams to build content and demos for executive-level and external presentations
Capture and summarize feedback on team engagement activities and assist with the rollout of initiatives that improve team efficiency
Coordinate planning and reporting activities, maintaining calendars, documentation, and progress updates for ongoing initiatives
Identify and implement process improvements that increase operational efficiency and help the team deliver results more optimally
