Candidates should be recognized internally as a subject matter expert in program execution and operational best practices.
The Business Operations Manager will embed within critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring strategic clarity and driving execution. They will translate company strategy into actionable plans, serving as an embedded strategic partner for select strategic priorities. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable project plans and roadmaps, and driving annual planning for the company. The role involves contributing to the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide approaches to program execution, developing repeatable launch playbooks and frameworks, and enabling consistency in how programs are scoped, launched, and reviewed. They will also strategically identify and allocate resources for high-priority initiatives, support change management efforts, and facilitate cross-functional alignment on goals and execution plans. The manager will act as an operating 'control tower,' monitoring execution across priorities, surfacing risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment, and running forums and exec updates to keep stakeholders informed, accountable, and focused on results.
