The Business Operations Lead will partner with key stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and customer experience to drive product and business strategy by synthesizing insights and setting actionable plans. They will lead the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic cross-functional initiatives, develop and manage processes and frameworks to improve operational efficiency, and drive annual and quarterly business and OKR planning cycles. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the leadership team to define Apollo’s vision, mission, and strategy through market, product, and competitive analysis.
