  • Proficiency in working with cross-functional partners for due diligence assessments, decision-making, and transaction completion
  • Ability to develop diligence reports, risk evaluation & mitigation strategies, and governance presentations
  • Capability to create and revise processes for high-functioning project management of diligence, partnering, and licensing activities

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of a 2-3 year roadmap to implement the enterprise strategy within Business Development, including building an opportunity pipeline by category (initial focus on biosimilars)
  • Build robust business cases to justify new commercialization initiatives, including cost/benefit analysis and ROI projections (40% Commercial Development & Partnering)
  • Craft go-to-market strategies, incorporating market segmentation and competitive analysis
  • Act as primary commercial operations liaison with third-party providers to manage contracts, oversee deliverables (e.g., co-pay programs, patient access, competitive positioning), and ensure service integration
  • Lead and/or support the confidential review and due diligence process to evaluate potential partnering opportunities aligned with Cordavis’ business strategy (40% Due Diligence)
  • Work with cross-functional partners and teams to guide due diligence assessments, efficient decision-making, and timely completion of transactions
  • Develop diligence reports, risk evaluation & mitigation strategies, and governance presentations
  • Create and revise processes to ensure high-functioning project management of activities related to diligence, partnering, and licensing
  • Manage Cordavis visits to potential partners
  • Handle additional business-related tasks to support team objectives and drive operational efficiency
