Requirements

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data visualization roles, with a preference for experience in e-commerce environments. Advanced SQL coding and Power BI skills are essential, along with strong stakeholder management abilities and the capacity to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is preferred, and previous line management or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Lead will own and shape the BI capability, lead stakeholder engagement across various departments, and define reporting frameworks. They will develop automated reports and dashboards using SQL and Power BI, act as the product owner for Power BI, and champion best practices. Responsibilities also include driving data literacy through training and support, ensuring data platform alignment with Data Engineering and Tech teams, supporting ad hoc data analysis, and line managing a junior BI Analyst.
