Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience building complex BI solutions, including experience with Discover/3rd party BI dashboards & reports, data warehouses, and ETL processes. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory. Familiarity with Nielsen or GFK products and services is preferred, along with a strong understanding of business intelligence, data, and analytics concepts. Experience leading client engagements, managing projects, and working with onshore and global associates is also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Intelligence Consultant Leader will act as a subject matter expert for the DACH region, coordinating people, processes, and technology to build high-performing teams. Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, leading client engagements to generate incremental revenue, ensuring timely and error-free client work delivery, and developing strategic roadmaps for the region. The role also involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partnering with leadership on new BI product development, achieving cost savings goals, identifying inter-NIQ team partnerships, and actively participating in account planning.
