Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain key dashboards used across departments, such as sales performance, operations, finance, marketing, and marketplace health
  • Ensure reports are accurate, consistently updated, and aligned with the latest business definitions
  • Respond to data requests from stakeholders with timely, well-structured analysis that helps inform decisions
  • Support improvements to reporting environments by organizing dashboards, documenting known issues, and suggesting enhancements
  • Work with the BI Manager and engineering teams to test metric changes and flag discrepancies
  • Support the preparation of business review materials with data summaries, charts, and trend analysis
  • Monitor key metrics and proactively flag unusual trends, helping teams stay ahead of emerging issues
  • Make data more accessible by creating user-friendly dashboards and helping team members understand how to self-serve
  • Document how to access and interpret reports, helping reduce repetitive questions and improve data literacy across the company
