Responsibilities

  • Own outbound pipeline generation: identify and reach out to prospects via cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn
  • Book high-quality discovery calls through personalised, relevant outreach to key decision-makers
  • Build and maintain CRM excellence: manage HubSpot for data quality, accurate pipeline tracking, consistent activity logging, and data enrichment
  • Test and refine messaging: collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies, email cadences, and call scripts based on conversion data
  • Develop firm-level intelligence: track litigation trends, firm structures, and practice areas to identify value opportunities for Wexler
  • Lay foundations for scale: define outbound strategy and processes as the first BDR, with founder exposure
  • Represent Wexler at leading industry events and conferences to drive brand visibility and generate leads
