Requirements

  • 1 year or more experience in outbound sales
  • Experience within tech or a SaaS start/scale up environment (highly regarded)

Responsibilities

  • Uncover and create well-qualified new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and utilizing proven processes and Salesforce database
  • Create and execute outbound campaigns (emails, calls) to book demos/meetings with relevant leads
  • Research and prospect ideal customers; gather key lead information through open-ended questions and thoughtful conversations
  • Understand the business, needs, and buying cycle of leads; build and nurture preliminary relationships
  • Work closely with Account Executives and sales team to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism in all written and oral communications; highlight value proposition and key selling points
  • Use Salesforce and other best-in-class tools for daily activity and processes
