  • Inbound Lead Response - Act fast on demo requests, form fills, and inbound inquiries
  • Qualification Excellence - Apply company-defined criteria (BANT, fit, urgency, intent) to prioritize high-potential prospects
  • Discovery & Alignment - Conduct initial conversations to understand business needs and confirm solution fit
  • Smooth Handoffs - Route qualified leads to Account Executives and coordinate next steps flawlessly
  • CRM Accuracy - Maintain clean, detailed records of all prospect interactions
  • Marketing Collaboration - Follow up on campaigns, webinars, and events while sharing feedback on lead quality
  • Sales Partnership - Work closely with Sales Leadership to optimize inbound funnel efficiency and conversion rates
  • Customer Experience - Ensure every prospect has a timely, professional, and engaging first interaction with Incode
