  • Ability to perform deep analysis of target companies to identify key contacts and decision-makers
  • Proficiency in multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative approaches) to book 2-3 high-quality discovery meetings per week
  • Understanding and application of Alan's Smart & Soft selling method
  • Capability to prepare meeting materials and actively contribute to or lead meetings (especially with non C-level contacts)
  • Skills in proactively nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders over long sales cycles, including consistent follow-up
  • Willingness to contribute to and own BDR team projects, sales playbook development, and performance improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Mapping: Conduct deep analysis of target companies (300-3k employees), identifying key contacts and decision-makers across assigned segments
  • Quality Prospection: Execute multichannel outreach to book 2-3 high-quality discovery meetings per week through email, LinkedIn, phone, and creative approaches
  • Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to ensure prospect experience aligns with Alan's customer experience standards
  • Meeting Preparation & Support: Prepare meeting materials, actively contribute to meetings with Account Executives, and occasionally lead meetings with non C-level contacts
  • Relationship Building: Proactively nurture and engage key stakeholders throughout long sales cycles, maintaining regular contact and building trust to develop a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Contribute and Own Strategic Team Initiatives: Actively participate in BDR team projects, contribute to sales playbook development, and take ownership of initiatives that improve team performance and processes
