Requirements

  • 5 or more years of work experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (proficiency in regional languages i.e. Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese advantageous)
  • Prior CRM experience (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) required
  • Experience leveraging sales and marketing tools to target and engage prospects and clients (i.e. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft, HVS, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Cognism, LeadIQ, etc.)
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proactive, growth-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and across a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong organizational skills that demonstrate ability to effectively prioritize and multitask on a daily basis
  • Excellent communication skills that showcase effective interpersonal abilities to build and manage lasting relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management, clients, and peers

Responsibilities

  • Execute Visa’s globally consistent Demand Response go to market (GTM) route to market (RTM) motion focused on prioritized customer segments and solution
  • Perform high volume inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification motions to efficiently uncover and qualify high-value sales opportunities within targeted customer segments
  • Qualify leads and identify key personas and decision-makers within various buying groups
  • Leverage go-to-market tools and technology to research, engage, and qualify leads and maintain accurate records within Visa’s CRM
  • Appropriately leverage and demonstrate proficiency at navigating various communication channels including but not limited to phone, email, LinkedIn, and social channels to build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with and provide ongoing feedback to sales leadership, B2B marketing, and product organizations to continuously improve and refine effectiveness of campaigns, messaging, and engagement strategies and ultimately increase overall close rate
  • Effectively communicate Visa’s value proposition across multiple products and solutions and demonstrate ability to overcome client and prospect objection
  • Test and reach new markets to put Visa's products and services in front of new markets who might not be aware of what we have to offer
  • Effectively incorporate customer delivery motions that help scale and execute a modern Demand Response motion aligned to industry best practices
