Requirements

  • Proven ability to connect with and initiate meaningful business conversations with prospects, engaging decision-makers at all levels of a restaurant organization
  • Clear and highly effective oral and written communication skills, with emphasis on detailed and accurate note-taking
  • High level of drive, ambition, and competitiveness; mindset to always win for the prospect and the team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently to manage high volume of inbound leads
  • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement software (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Qualified) is a plus
  • Familiarity with business software, SaaS, or restaurant operations is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own inbound response time: promptly respond to all inbound demo requests via phone within 60 minutes of lead submission
  • Proactively manage inbound website chat
  • Flawlessly manage and log all activities, communications, and prospect data within Salesforce and Gong to maintain an accurate pipeline
  • Conduct comprehensive conversations with prospects, following qualification framework, to identify core business challenges, pain points, and needs
  • Take extensive, high-quality notes on every prospect interaction, including specific pain points, existing technology platforms, decision-making process, timeline, and lead source
  • Clearly communicate and coordinate with Account Executives (AEs) for seamless handoff
  • Work closely with the R365 Sales Team to ensure successful and pleasant prospect journey from initial call to demo
