Candidates should possess previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, ideally with existing relationships or knowledge of relevant influencers and communities. A strong understanding of the crypto landscape and competitive trends is also required.
The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates, including KOLs and influencers, to attract first-time depositors and trades; they will also cultivate and expand relationships with existing brokers, identify and reach out to VIP clients, and provide timely customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, proactively liaising with internal teams and recommending improvements. Furthermore, the role involves attending conferences, representing Crypto.com, conducting community reach activities, researching market trends, drafting and closing agreements, and maintaining ongoing contact with clients to gather feedback and suggest product enhancements.
