3 years and above business development and merchant solution sales experience in Payments and Fintech
Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven track record in generating and winning new account opportunities
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Has a broad existing network within the payment ecosystem
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Good analytical, initiative and problem-solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers
Tertiary or above education preferred
Responsibilities
Work with management team to formulate, plan and execute new sales strategies
Understand and deliver against assigned individual annual target
Aggressively negotiate for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business
Identify and own all new sales activities from opportunities to conversion while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures for optimal merchant sales and services delivery
Actively monitor market trends and activities. Understand and recommend new products or solutions to address evolving needs of merchants
Collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level
Deliver individual new-to-business sales volume and revenue targets whilst ensuring assigned deliverables and new solution implementation objectives are met
