Requirements

  • 3 years and above business development and merchant solution sales experience in Payments and Fintech
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven track record in generating and winning new account opportunities
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Has a broad existing network within the payment ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical, initiative and problem-solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers
  • Tertiary or above education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work with management team to formulate, plan and execute new sales strategies
  • Understand and deliver against assigned individual annual target
  • Aggressively negotiate for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business
  • Identify and own all new sales activities from opportunities to conversion while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures for optimal merchant sales and services delivery
  • Actively monitor market trends and activities. Understand and recommend new products or solutions to address evolving needs of merchants
  • Collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level
  • Deliver individual new-to-business sales volume and revenue targets whilst ensuring assigned deliverables and new solution implementation objectives are met
