Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships or B2B sales within digital healthcare
  • Experience selling into clinics, provider groups, or healthcare organizations
  • Comfort working in a hybrid (NYC) environment with close collaboration across disciplines
  • Passionate about improving how mental healthcare is delivered in the real world
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of healthcare economics (reimbursement, payers, CPT codes, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own the outbound and inbound pipeline: identify, qualify, and engage psychiatry, pain, and neurology clinics interested in expanding into TMS and Spravato®
  • Lead consultative sales cycles: understand clinic workflows, payer challenges, and revenue models to position Big Leap’s MSO platform as the solution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with credentialing, billing, and product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
  • Manage pipeline rigorously: maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and communicate progress to leadership
  • Refine the sales motion: test messaging, improve conversion funnels, and help develop repeatable GTM playbooks
  • Represent Big Leap Health: at conferences, webinars, and partner events across the behavioral health ecosystem
