Arrow’s Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage existing client accounts and drive new business development. This role involves building strong relationships between Arrow, regional teams, and vendors to support business objectives. You will report to the Business Development Director and be part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client accounts.
  • Drive new business development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and channel partners.
  • Identify potential reseller partners with high sales potential.
  • Ensure partners have the tools and resources to maximize sales.
  • Execute successful business plans with channel partners.
  • Initiate and drive marketing campaigns for partners.
  • Forecast opportunities and provide sales intel.
  • Maximize margin opportunity by focusing on high-potential partners.
  • Enable partners through sales training (face-to-face or webinars).
  • Gain trust within the partner base to secure larger projects.
  • Focus on distribution managed partners and collaborate with vendors.

Requirements

  • Established career of achievement within an IT sales environment.
  • Ability to sell complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Natural propensity for a structured approach (time management, identifying decision-makers, managing complex projects).
  • Ability to learn product benefits and solution sales concepts.
  • Willingness to travel.
