Requirements

Account Management experience in financial services where you have managed client or intermediary relationships, met targets, and supported financial products or services
An understanding of company accounts and financials (e.g., ability to interpret balance sheets and profit & loss statements)
Demonstrable ability to work to sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer care skills. Confidence to pitch in front of a large audience
Based in the north of England (i.e. north of Sheffield) to visit brokers and intermediaries
Clean driving licence and access to a car insured for business use

Responsibilities

Ensure that broker/introducers experience a first-class service from Arkle
Be the primary point of contact for assigned Brokers/Introducers
Improve the quality of business introduced to Arkle and have a positive impact on quality of proposals, approval rates and conversion rates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing panel of brokers/introducers
Regularly visit brokers/introducers and, where required, the end-user customers and dealers in line with sales plans, audit requirements, specific deals, etc. Some overnight stays may be required
Drive revenue by building and maintaining strong relationships with broker partners across the north of England
Identify new business opportunities, negotiate complex deals, and provide exceptional support to our broker network
