Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in business development, market access, or commercial roles in the healthcare or life sciences sector
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and driving commercial success
  • Strong understanding of the Argentinian healthcare market; knowledge of Chile is a plus
  • Preferable previous involvement or certified education in clinical research, epidemiology or HEOR projects
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Hybrid Modality
  • Location: CABA, Argentina
  • Travel Requirement: Quarterly or as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development efforts to open and expand the market in Argentina and Chile
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with region objectives
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals
  • Conduct client meetings per week
  • Support HEOR and Market Access initiatives in collaboration with technical teams
  • Leverage national and institutional databases and health economics/HTA insights to inform strategy
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, including sales performance and client engagement
