  • Proficiency in monitoring, analyzing, and tracking business performance, identifying gaps, and driving corrective actions
  • Experience developing and championing business justifications for services based on critical case reviews
  • Ability to actively educate and engage stakeholders (EAMs, CBMs, Account teams, Engagement Managers, Solution Architects) on business solutions, deal requirements, and challenges

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the OpsRamp attach plan and adapt to local requirements and opportunities
  • Leverage market research to intelligently focus pursuit time, resources, and effort on winnable opportunities
  • Rigorously qualify large opportunities for active pursuit based on probability of success and intelligent resource allocation
  • Focus on initiatives that generate quality pipeline and support sales to convert pipeline to orders
  • Leverage WW Sales Program and/or build local programs and tools to increase win rate and target the right segment/industry vertical
  • Enable sellers to position the OpsRamp attach solutions portfolio and retire quota
  • In collaboration with GBU, local Marketing, and Channel, define, enable, and drive execution of local business plans for OpsRamp attach solutions across segments and sales motions to achieve budget
  • Lead collaboration with partners via Channel Specialists as needed for program execution
  • Collaborate closely with global category and portfolio team
  • Monitor, analyze, and track business performance for respective solution areas, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions
  • Develop and champion the business justification for company services to ensure successful engagement based on critical case review
  • Actively educate and engage with others (EAMs, CBMs, Account team, Engagement Managers, Solution Architects, etc.) on company business solutions, deal requirements, and challenges to facilitate effective RFP/RFI responses, successful closes, and client satisfaction
  • Craft pursuit strategies that guide account team pursuit activities
