Requirements

  • Relevant industry experience in a client-facing or relationship management supporting role
  • Experience of insurers' investment objectives (beneficial)
  • Effective knowledge of operational processes
  • Awareness of relevant regulatory requirements
  • Motivated to deliver first-class client service, balancing client and Aviva Investors' needs
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • IMC qualification or willingness to work toward it
  • Based in London (contractual location; other locations not considered)

Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Relationship team in strengthening existing client partnerships
  • Drive new business development
  • Coordinate sales planning
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate event participation
  • Assist with new business proposals
  • Assist with mandate changes
  • Assist with legal documentation
  • Assist with client issue resolution
  • Work closely with an Insurance Business Development or Client Director
  • Collaborate with the wider Insurance Distribution team to deliver best-in-class client relationship management
