Requirements

Candidates must possess a BA/BS degree, with an advanced degree considered a plus. A minimum of 5 years of Business Development or related experience is required, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex business problems. Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in decision-making are essential. Experience with B2B sales, Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRMs is desirable, as is familiarity with the U.S. and LATAM markets. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is also preferred.
