Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Development Analyst in a fast-paced, high-volume environment within the federal support services contracting industry is required. Applicants should have familiarity with the Shipley business development process or similar methodologies, strong analytical skills in MS Excel, and knowledge of the Federal Civilian and DoD contracting marketplaces.
The Business Development Analyst will collaborate with the Business Development team and executives to understand market priorities and develop relevant dashboards and status reports. They will monitor opportunities across various markets, conduct daily market research, and assist in customer outreach to identify and qualify potential bid opportunities. Additionally, the analyst will design and maintain processes for market-focused dashboards and opportunity tracking.
