    • US: $80,500 - $119,000 USD
    • Canada: $94,500 - $112,000 CAD (Salary may vary based on location, experience, knowledge, and skills. Compensation includes medical, dental, vision, financial benefits, and equity.)

Life360 is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team. This role will focus on revenue and COGS planning and forecasting for the Devices business, partnering with business teams and finance/accounting to support data-driven decision-making.

About The Team

The Strategic Finance team supports Life360’s strategic initiatives and operational processes, partnering with executives and leaders to drive data-driven decisions. The team manages core finance processes like annual planning and monthly forecasting, and provides strategic financial support to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted financial business partner to the Devices business, supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Drive the Revenue model for Devices, including unit shipments, gross revenue, contra revenue, and gross margin.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses and reporting packages.
  • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and introduce automation for enhanced efficiency.
  • Support the annual budgeting and planning process, as well as long-range strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Public Accounting.
  • Experience with consumer goods or electronics businesses is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability with process improvement and automation, leveraging generative AI or data transformation/visualization tools.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, paired with intellectual curiosity and aptitude in picking up new technical skills.
  • Self-starter, comfortable with working under pressure, and meeting deadlines with the ability to prioritize.
