Responsibilities

  • Développement commercial : Chasse (piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente : prospection, découverte, démonstration, négociation et closing, en restant fidèle au Value Selling) ; Cross-sell (favoriser les ventes en cross-sell en travaillant en synergie avec les équipes commerciales du groupe)
  • Veille concurrentielle et networking : Suivre les évolutions du marché et les activités des concurrents ; Marquer une présence auprès de la cible (events/afterwork etc.)
  • Gestion et Suivi du Portefeuille Clients : Adopter une posture de Farmer (maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients existants et assurer un suivi régulier) ; Anticiper les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées pour maximiser l’adoption de Closd ; Assurer la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients après l’implémentation
  • Collaboration Interne & Coordination : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes CSM, Support et Produit pour garantir un accompagnement fluide des clients ; Partager les retours clients et insights marché pour améliorer la stratégie commerciale et produit
  • Reporting & Performance : Suivre les indicateurs de performance et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence ; Assurer un reporting régulier des opportunités et des deals clos dans le CRM (Salesforce ou autre)
