Requirements

  • Successfully completed training as Bankkaufmann/-frau (bank clerk)
  • Ideally several years of practical experience in a Sparkasse or bank
  • Knowledge of processes and technical procedures in a Sparkasse or bank
  • Knowledge of OSPlus systems (OSPlus-Portal and OSPlus_neo) to apply in customer consulting
  • Continuous expansion and application of knowledge in projects

  • Competent appearance as a contact person for customers on site

Responsibilities

  • Work on projects for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and Finanz Informatik (location Münster)
  • Take on conceptual, organizational, or specialist tasks contributing to project success
  • Engage in discussions with key project participants and decision-makers for developing new products and digital solutions in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe environment
  • Describe bank-specific requirements and contribute to creating specialist concepts, decision templates, and application manuals
  • Support testing of project content from test preparation to release for use in Sparkassen
